• A Wash/CT fic about him fighting for her honor after she starts being all sneaky and stuff.
• Doc and Donut approaching Carolina about marrying them all official-like.
• York explaining to Delta what being “guilty” is, and why he feels it while he’s off on his hobo adventures.
• What finally pushes York to break out with Tex, even though Wash is still bonkers and Carolina is still losing her shit.
• A Wash-centric fic that’s titled “Gravedigger”
• Something Church/Tex or Director/Allison (prompt would be nice)

In the midst of all this fandom “wtf” from the recent Red vs Blue episodes, I’d just like to remind everyone that my totally ridiculous headcanons are now fair game in light of the sometimes questionable storytelling choices. They’re downright possible.

• Donut has had months without Simmons slipping his Grimmons fanfiction in his journal. He fears his talent of writing gay porn in his sleep has left him.
• In his grief, he goes back to what he knows - farming. He and Sister have a small cottage built of old armor cases and Lopez is their electronic butler who lives in their computer console and hates everything. They totally cuddle all the time and play house. And throw raves in the old bases. Donut has two fields of corn behind the house.
• Donut has started a sitcom, making a camera with the parts that would have made Lopez a new body. It’s a cooking show, filmed in front of a live, loud audience of Sister.
• Sister has started her own advice column, “How To Make Best Friends in the Army with Your Sworn Enemy Who Has Totally Sweet Armor”. It’s been a huge success, and she thinks most of the write-in letters are actually Grif trying to make friends with Simmons.
• Lopez spends 95% of his processing power correcting the grammar on Donut and Sister’s blog posts.
• Sister and Donut spent three months trying to put Sheila in the computer. They then became the two witnesses of the robot wedding they helped orchestrate. Lopez was so happy he now only wishes they’d die quickly, rather than slow and tortuously.
• Lopez and Sheila read bedtime stories of robot rulers to Sister every night.
• Junior can’t decide who was supposed to be his babysitter, so he only stayed in the canyon for a few days before trying to go off and find Tucker.
• He came back and now lives int he cottage and eats corn stalks when Donut isn’t paying attention.

Yep, all of those are plausible.

Because in my head, it’s better.

Hey, roostertumblr. What do you think about making tonight a fic and headcanon kind of night?

I’m fixing to do some writing, and I have a boatload of awesome prompts in my inbox and I feel like we haven’t had one of these in a while. Would be fun!

I need to go cook soon, but it’ll be nice to have a fic/art/idea party :)

Why are we freaking out over RvB Wash possibly having blond hair.

When Firefly Wash most definitely has blond hair.

This just furthers my theory.

Maybe RvB Wash dyed it blond for cosplay as Firefly Wash.

Can you imagine how happy Washington was that his nickname got shortened to “Wash”?

More importantly: why did it take me a week to realize this?

I have several AUs to pursue now, and I figured I’d put it up to a vote because indecisiveness, man. I have a story or two for each but I can’t sit down and decide which to do, so let me know which you want?

• Nem’s Sandtrap AU - Wash meets CT, still alive in sandtrap, and they fight. A lot. Sometimes with fists. Mostly with words.
• York’s alive AU - Blueteam!Wash meets York. Still alive. Only slightly not a hallucination.
• Allison AU - Wash post-insanity but pre-Recollection gets a few weeks of leave, and runs into the real Allison.
• Wash and York apocalypse now AU? - Wash and York being dicks. Mostly to each other. Zombies might make guest appearances. More stuff based off of Zombie Run.
• Lopez is Lambda AU - Yeah, I don’t really have a solid line of thought for this BUT COME ON GUYS LOPEZ COULD TOTALLY BE LAMBDA. I’m sure there’s a story in there somewhere. Probably something sad.
• Tucker as Agent United States of Love Freelancer: Just as ridiculous as it sounds.
• RvB/Community crossover: Yeah, just me shipping North/Annie.
